Time for return and exchange
Items shipped from Nice Hair can be returned and exchanged within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
Conditions for return and exchange
Products are unprocessed, unused
Products have manufacturing errors
Products are returned exactly at the location provided by the Nice Hair within the allotted time.
Return shipping cost:
+Nice Hair will pay for the return shipping cost when the products were wrongly sent or have manufacturing errors.
+ Customers will pay for the return shipping cost when the goods are defective or damaged by customers.
Refund
Customer’s payment will be refunded through Paypal or Bank accounts.
