Returnd & Exchange Policy
Here is our updated Policy: Time for return and exchange Items shipped from Nice Hair can be returned and exchanged within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
Conditions for return and exchange Products are unprocessed, unused.
Products have manufacturing errors Products are returned exactly at the location provided by the Nice Hair within the allotted time.
If products are faulted (badly damaged, incorrect textures with confirmation before shipping, etc) by our company, we are ready to take the hair back to give you suitable compensations depending on the severity of specific cases.
If products are faulted by the customers (damaged, lost, etc), they will not be fully responsible for the exchange and return process including the shipping fees, reproduction fees, etc. On our ends, we will support our customers to resolve their mistakes if their requirements are reasonable.
Return shipping cost:
+Nice Hair will pay for the return shipping cost when the products were wrongly sent or have manufacturing errors.
+ Customers will pay for the return shipping cost when the goods are defective or damaged by customers.
Refund
Customer’s payment will be refunded through Paypal or Bank accounts.
